FILAMENT WOUND TUBES PIPES & CYLINDERS
Filament wound tubes , pipes and cylinders are manufactured by dipping re-inforcements i.e rovings , tapes of choice like Glass, Carbon, Basalt, Aramid into resin system like thermoset ( epoxy resin ), or Thermoplastic ( Polyester resin ) and winding the same on a rotating mandrel.

PRE-PREG TUBES
These specialized tubes are made from pre-preg (i.e very fine fabric of any given re-inforcement of choice pre - impregnated with a thermoset resin system),and by winding the same on a mandrel under temperature and pressure.

COMPONENTS MADE BY HAND LAY UP
These products of various shapes, size are basically made by bonding layers of chop – strand re-inforcement of desired choise, with different resin system ( epoxy, polyester ) with help of brush and rollers.
